Instructions for the Use of Flapping Doors

拍门——主要安装在排水管道的尾端，用于防止外水倒灌。材质分为不锈钢、铸铁、型钢、等多种材料。是安装在江河边排水管出口的一种单向阀，当江河潮位高于出水管口，且压力大于管内压力时，拍门面板自动关闭，以防江河潮水倒灌进排水管道内。目前拍门分为悬挂式，单开门/双开门等型号；材质分为：铸铁拍门（圆、方），碳钢拍门（圆、方），玻璃钢拍门（圆、方）。

Flapping door - mainly installed at the tail end of the drainage pipeline to prevent backfilling of external water. Material is divided into stainless steel, cast iron, section steel, and other materials. It is a one-way valve installed at the outlet of river drainage pipe. When the tidal level of river is higher than the outlet and the pressure is greater than the pressure in the pipe, the clapping door panel closes automatically to prevent the river tide from backfilling into the drainage pipe. At present, the clapping door is divided into suspension type, single open door/double open door and other models; the material is divided into: cast iron clapping door (round, square), carbon steel clapping door (round, square), FRP clapping door (round, square).

欧润水工机械厂生产的拍门，具有流道正向单向开启和反向关闭的作用。配重式 拍门 借助于配重的平衡作用，在水流的作用下使门页自动开启或关闭，或稍加外力作用使门页开启或关闭；浮箱式  拍门 则利用门页在水中的浮力，在水流的作用下使门页开启或关闭。

The clapping door produced by Euron Hydraulic Machinery Plant has the functions of one-way opening and reverse closing of the runner. 1、配重式 拍门的优、缺点；

1. Advantages and disadvantages of counterweight door;

（3） 门页关闭时，冲击力较大，易损坏门座。

2、浮箱式拍门的优点、缺点；

（1） 门座结构与配重拍门相同，门页为密封腔体结构，门页比重为1.2-1.5；

（2） 无需悬挂配置配重；

拍门的安装使用

Installation and Use of Flapping Door

1、拍门安装可与法兰连接，可预埋，也可永插；

1. The installation of the clapping door can be connected with the flange, which can be buried or inserted permanently.

2、配重拍门使用时，如果正向水力不足，不能开启门页，可根据安装位置需要设置不等重量的配重装置；

2. When the counterweight clap door is used, if the forward hydraulic force is insufficient and the door page cannot be opened, the counterweight device of different weight can be set according to the installation position.

3、  浮箱 拍门 在使用过程中，可通过向门页密封腔体内注水或放水的方法改变门页的比重，以达到最佳开启效果。

3. During the use of the floating box door, the proportion of the door pages can be changed by injecting or releasing water into the sealing chamber of the door pages to achieve the best opening effect.

4、  多台拍门安装时，如因起吊条件限制需分号安装，应注意标注标记，因每台拍门的门座和门页连接属偶配，不能互换。

5、穿墙管安装轴线与水平方向的夹角a应大于或等于零度

6、拍门安装后，门座与门页间有3mm左右的间隙属正常现象，当门页承受一定的反向压力时，间隙会减少以致消失。
